Online Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma, Depression & Burnout in Wisconsin and California
Life can be overwhelming, and asking for help isn't a sign of weakness - it's a courageous first step toward healing. Whether you're feeling anxious, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or simply unlike yourself, I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges with compassion and evidence-based care.
Hi, I'm Kayla.
I’m so glad you are here.
When I'm not meeting with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, tending my garden, savoring a good cup of coffee, or exploring new places through travel. These moments help keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of slowing down, cultivating presence, and making space for what matters most.

Owner/TherapistReaching out for therapy isn't always easy, and finding someone you feel comfortable with can make all the difference. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and accepted - exactly as you are. I believe meaningful healing begins with a trusting relationship, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients through life's challenges and milestones.
I work with adults in California and Wisconsin who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. Every person's story is unique, which is why I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we'll build practical tools, explore deeper patterns, and work toward lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

You've been telling yourself you'll feel better once things slow down, but they never really do.
Maybe your mind is constantly racing, making it hard to relax.
Maybe you've lost interest in things you once enjoyed.
Maybe you're carrying stress, grief, or experiences from the past that still affect your everyday life.
Or maybe you simply feel stuck and aren't sure why.
Whatever brought you here, you don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy provides a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and meaningful.

How We Work Together
Therapy isn't about having someone tell you what to do. It's about having a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and better understand yourself.
I believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassion - not judgment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to create an approach that fits your unique needs and goals.
My style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Together, we'll build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.
For clients who may benefit from a different approach, I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and psychedelic integration. These services are thoughtfully incorporated when appropriate and always built on the foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship.
Above all, I want therapy to be a place where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. You don't need to have everything figured out - you simply need a willingness to begin.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy combines the therapeutic effects of ketamine with ongoing talk therapy. Ketamine is a legal, FDA-approved medication shown to help with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. When paired with psychotherapy, it can help clients process experiences, access new perspectives, and support long-lasting change

KAP is not a one-size-fits-all treatment. If you’re interested, I recommend scheduling a consultation with me so we can explore your goals and see if this is the right path for you. Journey Clinical’s medical team will also ensure you’re medically appropriate for ketamine treatment.

Although located in Wisconsin, I do not have a physical office and offer these sessions tele-health. I see individuals located in Wisconsin and California. Depending on location in WI, I offer in-home services for the dosing sessions. If appropriate, this will be discussed ahead of time in our call together.
